Storage Cleanup includes:

  • Space dashboard: what the database and the files take, and what the rules free up when run together
  • Space by table, by column, by company and by month, with day-by-day history
  • Checklist: Odoo’s cleanup job switched off, temporary tables that keep growing
  • Files no document points to, and attachments, messages and followers of deleted records
  • Every rule is simulated first; nothing is deleted on its own, only when you ask, with a log of every run
  • Invoice PDF and XML files older than 60 days, ANAF transmission proofs and SPV files, only after archiving
  • A downloadable archive, with files named after the customer, number and date, and restore from it

  • Treasury dashboard over 13 or 26 weeks or 12 months, starting from the real balance
  • Recurring payments — salaries, rent, VAT, leasing — monthly, quarterly or yearly, as a fixed amount or the average of past months
  • Dates moved automatically to the previous or next working day
  • A recurring payment steps aside when the real invoice arrives, so nothing is counted twice
  • Saved, named scenarios: “what if I postpone these payments?” — applied only when you decide
  • Planned exchange rates for future foreign-currency amounts, kept apart from the accounting rates
  • Old overdue amounts set aside, not mixed into the forecast

The forecast is built from what you already have in Odoo and updates itself.

Details, for all applications

AI option · Documents and Contracts €1,900 per application

Reads the file and suggests the issuer or counterparty, the dates and the validity; a person confirms. Paid once. Model usage is paid directly to the model provider, with your own key — a few euro cents per document.

Additional company · Documents, Contracts, Generator €490

Beyond the companies included in the package. We count the companies in the production database where you use the application; a company means a company in Odoo, not necessarily a separate legal entity.

Go-live support €400, included

Initial training, help with loading your data, assistance with configuration. One per implementation, however many companies it covers.

Users not counted

Up to 100 internal users, the price stays the same. Above that we prepare a tailored offer, including an annual maintenance and support contract at 20% of the licence value.

Next version 50% of the list price

If you hold a licence for one of the last two versions. At most one version can be skipped.

Test copy included

You may keep a copy of the database to try out a configuration, an import or a new version. Companies in the copy are not counted.

* Measured on the Enterprise package, which contains all the modules of the application.

Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice; an order is charged at the price in the accepted offer.
