Contracts · packages and pricing

Four packages, two axes

Your company’s contracts, in Odoo: each with its parties, value, deadlines and amendments — right next to the orders and invoices they relate to. The packages follow the question you have reached: “I don’t know which contracts we have or when they expire” → “I don’t know who owes what, or how much we have used” → “I don’t know which clauses we have accepted”. The second axis is how many companies you keep in the same database.

Basic
€2,900Licence 1 company Contract deadlines, under control

For a company that keeps its contracts in a folder and a spreadsheet, and only hears about a tacit renewal after it has happened.

  • General catalogue of contract types, ready-made
  • Register with types, tags, your own numbering and the partner’s number
  • Customer or supplier contract, value, currency and value type
  • Contacts by role: signatory, operational, billing

  • Renewal decision taken in time — and flagged automatically as out of date once it no longer applies
  • Amendments with the list of changes: what changed, from what to what — signed the same way as the contract
  • Signature tracking, with the signed copy visible on the contract
  • A replaced file is never lost
  • Dashboard: what expires, what is awaiting signature, what the portfolio is worth
  • Bulk import of the contracts you already have
Plus
€4,900Licence up to 2 companies Contract execution, not just the record of it

For a company with reports to submit, guarantees to put in place and framework agreements to draw down, where someone is accountable if they are not done.

  • Everything in Basic
  • Each party’s obligations: who, what, by when — with an owner, proof and a penalty
  • Obligation templates per contract type, with recurrence
  • Consumption against value: ordered, invoiced, collected, remaining
  • Alert when a threshold is exceeded, once for each threshold
  • Links to sales and purchase orders, invoices and payments
  • Online signature, or the signed copy uploaded by the partner — with proof
  • Workspaces, access groups, a delegated owner per department
  • Configuration copied from one company to another
PremiumRecommended
€6,900Licence up to 3 companies Contractual risk, not just the contract

For a company that negotiates often, has standard clauses and needs to know where it has departed from them.

  • Everything in Plus
  • Library of the company’s standard clauses, with types and a risk level
  • Clauses applied on each contract, with deviations flagged and justified
  • List of contracts with deviations and clause-by-clause risk analysis
  • Contractual risk dashboard
  • Value at risk: how much of the portfolio sits on contracts with no decision
  • Version history for every file: who replaced it, when, and which version was in force
  • Access audit: who is allowed to see the contract
  • Word and Excel to PDF conversion, keeping the original
  • Bulk reassignment of the responsible person when someone leaves the company

For a holding or group that negotiates with the same suppliers from several companies, and wants the same standard clause everywhere.

  • Everything in Premium
  • Unlimited companies, no per-company fee
  • Each company with its own administrator, who doesn’t see the rest of the group
  • Configuration and standard clauses replicated across the whole group, in one operation
  • Consolidated view: expiries and overdue obligations across all companies
  • Industry clause catalogues included, with their revisions
  • Test environment prepared and refreshed by us
  • Priority support and an annual configuration review

Basic €2,465 2,900 Plus €4,165 4,900 Premium €5,865 6,900 Enterprise €12,665 14,900
Included With Premium and Enterprise: the package for automatic reading of contracts with AI, €1,900. With every package: the Odoo 19 licence, if you migrate this year

The prices above are for a single application, 15% off. With several applications in the same order, each application after the first is 50% off, plus a further 15%. Active Sampa Mind customers get a further 20% off Plus, 25% off Premium and 30% off Enterprise. For orders signed by 30 September 2026; discounts apply to the licence, while additional companies and services remain at full price. In return, early customers allow us to name them as a reference. All early bird prices →

The price includes the application licence and €400 of go-live support: initial training, help with loading your data and assistance with configuring your document types. It isn’t a one-off course and done — it’s the help you need for the system to be in real use from the first month. There is a single go-live support package, however many companies it covers.

The price list covers a standard installation, with up to 100 internal users who have access to the register. Below that threshold users are not counted or charged — as many people work in it as you need. Above it we prepare a tailored offer, because at that scale the requirements change too: a guaranteed service level, a security audit, separate environments maintained by us, role-based training, integrations with your other systems. Offers above the threshold also include an annual maintenance and support contract, at 20% of the licence value: updates, a guaranteed response time and new versions without the upgrade fee.

The second axis

Additional company: €490

Basic, Plus and Premium cover the number of companies stated on the package. Beyond that, each additional company costs €490 — its licence; go-live is covered by the support above, which you never pay twice. A copy of the database kept for testing is not counted: we count the companies in the production database. The right to keep such a copy — where you try out a configuration, an import or a new version before doing it on real data — comes with every package. “Company” means a company in the Odoo database, not necessarily a separate legal entity with its own tax ID. Users are not counted — up to the 100-user threshold above, however many people work in the register, the price stays the same.

3 companies, Premium €6,900

Nothing extra — they are included.

6 companies, Premium €8,370

6,900 + 3 × 490.

20 companies €14,900

From here on, Enterprise costs less than Premium with additional companies — €15,230.

30 companies €14,900

Premium with additional companies would cost €20,130. And you get the delegation you need anyway once you run thirty companies.

What the price doesn’t include

Automatic reading of contracts, with AI

€1,900, one-time

The system reads the file and suggests the partner, dates, value and type; a person confirms. With the Premium package, the same option also suggests the clauses the contract contains, matched against your standard library — at no extra cost. It follows the same version policy as the licence.

Usage doesn’t go through us. The key for the model provider is yours, entered in Settings, and you pay for usage directly there: about 20 euro cents for a twenty-page contract. It isn’t a monthly bill that takes you by surprise — it’s a figure you can see and bring down yourself, by switching the model in the same window.

Industry clause catalogues

Annual subscription, per industry

The general list of contract types is included in every package. Industry catalogues of standard clauses are a separate subscription: their value isn’t a list delivered once, but the revision sent whenever practice or the law changes. They are included with Enterprise.

The document register

Separate application

Contracts works on its own. With Documents alongside it, certificates, guarantees and the partner’s documents sit in the register and are linked to the contract, and an obligation can require a specific document. The two are sold separately.

Contracts generated from templates

Generator · €2,900

The contract and its amendments are produced from your own Word template, with data from the system and your company letterhead, and come out as Word or PDF. The generator also works on its own, for quotations, orders, invoices, delivery notes and goods receipt notes (NIR).

External file storage

Offload · €1,900

Files are moved off the Odoo server to S3 storage and brought back automatically when you open them. One licence for the whole database, however many companies. It pays off at large volumes; until then, you don’t need it.

Beyond the included support

Service, on request

The €400 in the price covers a standard go-live. Bringing over a large volume of older contracts, writing your library of standard clauses or integrations with other applications are quoted separately.

Upgrading to the next version

50% of the list price

If you hold a licence for one of the last two versions, the new version costs half its list price. In other words, you can skip at most one version.

Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice; an order is charged at the price in the accepted offer.

Contracts — an application for Odoo 17–19, Community or Enterprise edition. It works on its own: no Documents licence required. Consumption against contract value uses the Odoo Sales or Purchase apps, if you have them.
