The agent that follows up deadlines for you
You ask for a document, some files or a signature, with a due date. The agent sends the request, reminds on time, tells the right people when the date has passed, and keeps everything in the document's history.
Part of the Business Plus package.
From the request to the answer, without chasing anyone
Sends the request
Files to upload or a document to sign, with a due date, right away or scheduled for a given day and time.
Reminds before the due date
Reminders go out on the days you set, and the wording fits the day: "no later than tomorrow", "today", "yesterday", with the date next to it.
Keeps asking after the due date, at your pace
Daily, every few days or less and less often, until there is an answer or until the last reminder.
Escalates to the right person
Your manager gets a task in Odoo, and the partner's escalation contact gets an e-mail with the recipient in copy.
Starts from ready-made policies
The library holds nine policies, from "Gentle" to "Persistent". You import them, adjust them and pick one for each document or contract type.
Shows you the plan in advance
You see, day by day, which e-mail goes out, to whom and when, before anything is sent.
One file request, from start to finish
Due date: Wednesday, 21.10.2026. Policy: "Urgent and important", from the built-in library.
- 1Request day
The partner gets the e-mail with the list of files, the due date and the upload button. No account needed.
- 2A week and three days before
A short reminder each time, with what is missing and by when.
- 3Tuesday, 20.10
The reminder says no later than tomorrow, 21.10.2026.
- 4Wednesday, 21.10, the due date
The reminder says no later than today, 21.10.2026.
- 5Thursday, 22.10
The due date has passed. The reminder says no later than yesterday, 21.10.2026 and asks for the files as soon as possible.
- 6Friday, 23.10
Second late reminder. Your manager gets a task in Odoo, and the partner's escalation contact gets an e-mail, with the partner in copy.
- 7Saturday, 24.10
The last reminder.
- 8Sunday, 25.10
If nothing has come in, the request expires and you get a task.
- ✓Whenever the files arrive
Reminders stop, the partner gets a "Files received" confirmation, then "Files accepted" once they are checked. Open tasks for managers close on their own. The whole trail stays in the document's history.
Good for the person who asks, and for the person who answers
For the person who asks
- You stop keeping deadlines in your head. The agent knows when to write, and writes.
- You learn in time when something is stuck. The escalation comes on the set day, with the task already in Odoo.
- You get the full trail on the document.Who got what and when, ready for an audit.
For the person who receives
- You know exactly what is asked and by when.Every e-mail has the list, the due date and one button.
- You answer a person.Your reply goes to the person who asked, signed with their name.
- You know it arrived. After you upload or sign, you get a confirmation and the reminders stop.
Tell us what requests you send and we will show you the agent on your own example
Termi works in Odoo 19, in the screens you already use: in BP Documents and BP Contracts, the Business Plus apps for Odoo. No other program to install, no other account to manage, and your data stays in your Odoo.
Or write to us from the contact page.
What people ask when they get an e-mail from the agent
Is it a separate program from Odoo?
No. Termi is part of Business Plus and works inside Odoo: requests, reminders and history sit on the document or contract in Odoo, and tasks land in your colleagues' Odoo activities.
I got an e-mail from the agent. Who do I reply to?
The person who sent you the request. Your reply goes straight to them, with their name and company in the signature.
Can I stop the reminders?
They stop on their own when you upload the files or sign. If you have already talked to the person who asked, they can stop them from the request. A reply to the e-mail alone does not stop them.
Does it work for signatures too?
Yes. The agent follows file requests and signature requests the same way, and in BP Contracts also contract obligations. After you sign, you get a "Signature received" confirmation.
Do I need an account to answer?
No. The button in the e-mail opens the request page, where you upload the files or sign.
