Reads your documents for you and suggests what to fill in
Upload the document — a PDF or a photo — and press “Read File with AI”. Lexi reads the number, the dates, the validity, the issuer and the type and shows you, line by line, what it would fill in and where it read it. You tick what gets written. Nothing goes into Odoo without your say-so.

- Document number and date
- Valid from and valid until
- Issuer, subject and document type
- A short summary, in the language of the document (optional feature)
On types with their own fields (Premium package) it also reads the type’s fields — for example the series or the personal ID number on a medical certificate.
On contracts
- Number, date and validity
- Partner, subject and contract type
- Value and currency
- Automatic renewal, its duration and the notice days
Separately, “Read Clauses with AI” reads the contract clauses too.
Lexi suggests. You decide.
On documents, everything is on one full page: the file on the left, the suggestions on the right, with the status of each line — OK, To Review or Cannot Be Written. A value you correct is ticked automatically, and the history keeps what the AI read and what you corrected.
Untyped documents, classified in one click
Documents that arrive by e-mail land in the inbox as documents. With “Classify with AI”, Lexi reads in bulk the ones that have no type yet and suggests their type and data. You switch it on in Settings → AI.
The manager chooses which document types Lexi may read.
Documents with special or criminal-record data do not go to the AI without a separate tick.
Every reading is logged, with its cost.
Verifiable fields — personal ID, VAT number, IBAN — can be written directly only if they pass the check, and only into an empty field.

Is it a separate program from Odoo?
No. Lexi is part of Business Plus and works in the same Odoo, on your documents and contracts, with the same users and rights.
Which files does it read?
PDFs and images, including photos taken with a phone. Word files, no.
Does it write into documents on its own?
No — unless the manager chooses that for a verifiable field (personal ID, VAT number, IBAN), and only into an empty field. Otherwise nothing is written until you tick it.
