SAP and the applications around it, talking to each other

SAP stays your core system, while Odoo, your online shop, warehouse, bank or partner portals exchange data with it automatically — no re-keying and no files sent by e-mail. We design the flows, build them and keep them running.

Expertise in both worlds: SAP and Odoo.
What we integrate

Data goes where it is needed, on its own

Odoo and SAP

Orders, invoices, partners, items and stock, kept in sync between the two systems.

E-commerce

Orders flow into SAP; stock and prices flow back to the shop.

Warehouse and transport

Deliveries, receipts and shipping confirmations between SAP and logistics applications.

Banks and payments

Bank statements and payment orders, without manual copying.

Tax documents

Invoices and reports to the authorities’ systems, generated from SAP data.

Partners

Orders, confirmations and invoices exchanged with customers and suppliers, through portals or EDI.

How we do it

With the interfaces SAP provides

Standard SAP interfaces: IDoc, BAPI and RFC, OData.

REST APIs for modern applications.

Middleware when the flow calls for it.

Scheduled file exchange (SFTP, XML, CSV) for large volumes.

Real time or in batches, as each flow requires.

Every message tracked: errors are visible, explained and replayed.

The steps of a project
Analysisthe flows, the master data and the source of each piece of information
Designmessage formats, transfer timing, what happens on error
Buildthe interfaces, tested on real data, not just on samples
Runmonitoring and support after go-live

Tell us which systems SAP should connect to and we will show you how

We start from your flows, not from a product: what data leaves, where it lands and who needs it.

Questions
Do we need to change SAP?

Most of the time, no: we work with SAP’s standard interfaces. Where an adjustment is needed, we propose it and discuss it first.

Does the integration run in real time?

It depends on the flow. Orders and stock usually in real time through APIs; large volumes in scheduled batches.
