Document Generator
Word templates filled in with the data already in your system.
One template, one record, the document is ready
Business Plus Document Generator takes a Word file with placeholders and fills it in from the data of a record — a contract, a document, anything else — then hands back a .docx or a PDF. Templates live in a library, and every generation stays in the log.
What you get
Templates in Word, not in code
The template is written in Word, with placeholders; you do not need a developer for new wording.
Filled in from any record
The engine is not tied to one model — bridges connect it to contracts and to the document register.
Word or PDF
Conversion happens inside the system, through LibreOffice, with no manual step.
The generation log
What was produced, from which template and by whom.
What did not come out right
Failed generations and documents produced with gaps — a field left empty is visible here instead of reaching your customer.
The result goes into the register
The generated document is attached to the record it came from.
Which questions does it answer for you?
- Who still types repetitive contracts and letters by hand?
- How do we make sure every document goes out in the same form?
- Which documents were generated from a template, and when?
- Where was a document produced with a field left empty?
- Can we change the wording without asking for a software change?
Value for the organisation
- Takes the manual copying out of producing documents
- Keeps documents in the same form across the whole organisation
- Moves control over the wording to the people who own it, not to IT
- Makes badly produced documents visible before they reach your partner
Documents are produced from data, not from copy-paste.
